Whole cycle, one contractor
From excavation and the concrete shell through pipe installation, mechanical works and commissioning — all of it is our own crews. The client does not need a separate contractor to hold the interfaces together.
Main contractor in hydrotechnical construction. Baku, Azerbaijan.
The company started in 2016 with two contracts: a 3,000 m³/day treatment plant in Dashkasan and a 40,000 m³/day plant at Pirshaghi in Baku. The difference in scale was thirteenfold — and from the first year the team had to work both a small mountain site and a capital-city complex.
In the years that followed the portfolio widened from treatment plants into linear construction: after the Qazakh and Gadabay complexes came Aghdam's trunk collectors and the 10.4 km DN1600 steel main between Jeyranbatan and Atyali.
Today the principal work is on the Upper Shirvan Canal Project: the water intake structure and the tunnel complex. The two sites account for 73,000 m³ of concrete and 2,905 tonnes of reinforcement — more than all the company's earlier projects combined.
Totals across nine projects

Complexes from 3,000 to 40,000 m³/day: mechanical and biological treatment blocks, clarifiers, sludge handling, process equipment installation and commissioning.

Steel up to DN1600, reinforced concrete up to Ø2000 and CHDPE up to Ø1400. Excavation, bedding, weld and pressure testing, valve and air-release chambers.
See projects
Water intakes, tunnel barrels, outlet structures and canal crossings. Monolithic reinforced concrete, retaining walls, gate chambers and multi-layer waterproofing.
See projects
Wastewater and clean-water pumping stations, valve assemblies, pipeline fittings, electric actuators and controls — complete installation and testing.

A DN1600 steel main, a Ø2000 reinforced-concrete storm collector, a Ø1400 CHDPE sewer — all laid and in service. At these diameters the plant, the lifting scheme and the weld control are nothing like an ordinary line.
A mountain slope in Dashkasan and Gadabay, a city under reconstruction in Aghdam, riverside groundwater in Yevlakh. None of our sites has been a flat, dry field.
Nine projects across seven districts and cities — from mountainous Gadabay to Yevlakh on the bank of the Kura.
